It's either a massive downgrade or a massive upgrade, because if in the end the KE isn't accepted we would be limited by the earthquake, which would make the feat go down to Small Country which is more consistent with the Pentagram Cty destruction

Saying that Hell is just a planet is completely doesn't make sense. Each ring of Hell has a different sky, and we saw stars in the sky in at least two ring.
You may think that Hell is not a universe, and you may oppose the idea that it is a universe, but claiming that it is a planet is completely doesn't make sense.
Personally, I think each ring should be 4-A. And Hell as a whole should be larger.

Assuming that all rings are similar in size is not a huge assumption, as long as it is not stated that each ring is of a different size.

Are you talking about this tweet? To me it feels more like they don't have a sun rather than there are no stars.
Like if our sun didn't exist, that wouldn't mean the rest of the stars that we see are fake.

It actually would scale since it is the aftermath of the explosion, and you can use KE for stuff like this, it’s on the page on KE rules.

Unironically I perfer to imagine he just went through one of the elevators with his horse cause its a funny visual.
Also doesn't make much sense for him to do so purely from horse travel cause that'd imply that the rings are side-by-side to one another rather than the up-down we are presented with
