Remina Minor Revisions

Credits to That Moron2 for making one of the calculations that made this thread possible.

This will be simple.

This thread will bring both a downgrade and an upgrade for Remina based on two new accepted calculations:

• Her High 4-C rating will have to be removed, as it uses an old Narutoforums calculation, and replaced with this calculation of mine that puts her at 4-C via KE and baseline Relativistic+ for her lower speed.
• Her likely far higher rating will be replaced by a likely 4-A value via this accepted calculation.
