To give credit to Lucifer, he's functionally invulnerable and thought he was seeing his daughter. And we all know Charlie, so there's no shot of any real danger from a giant red X.
Hell knowing her, I can totally see her putting a giant red X for someone to stand on for a suprise party. That girl's just weird sometimes

Stella at least operates a decent enough ship, her main points for being foolish just listening to other's advice since the bad decisions originated from someone else.
And at least Adam knows how to do quick math. I can not say, in full confidence, that Val knows how much half a year off the top of his head

I mean, she probably started designing right after agreeing with Vox, so it is a decent amount of time, so would remove "extremely" part. But it was fast enough ye.
I can see likely Extraordinary Genius or even straight up if many people buy into it.

Honestly, if we are going by 'Dumbest Angel' its probably either Able or Peter.
While Adam is dumb (him being described as a trophy wife doesn't discredit his ability for simple math), I highly doubt he'd think the gift basket plan would be even remotely a good idea. Granted those two's idiocy mainly derives from being naive, but since they have little showings for themselves thats all we got to work with

I remember a lot too... but it's mostly in reference to things I have personally researched (the 3 Vees, mostly Velvette, and damn near everything Lupin). Doesn't mean I'll remember something that technically didnt exist for me 5 minutes ago

i also remembers things that people either clearly made up or invented (cof cof, Stolas being has old his original self and saying it was retconned, when there was no proof for that more than assumptions in general)

Tbf "safely" is a very loose term when Lucifer just outright admits they have nothing to kill him with. If angelic steel isn't getting the job done then you can realistically do whatever you want as long as it can take his power

I didn't watch Helluva but from what I heard, Stella does not have anyone she cares about at all (only Octavia is somewhat debatable, although it's more likely she is seen as more of a pawn than genuine), while Val at least has a genuine friendship with the fellow Vees. So that's a small point for Val I guess.
(Again, Stella stuff is only from what I heard)
