In the example, a representation of the Planet was affected and its real counterpart was affected too, not just a Zeno-sized portion of the Planet.

She literally calls them all Realms and the known size of the Mortal Realm is the entire Universe. Extrapolating what we know about the size of one Realm gives us an expected idea of what the other realms could look like.
