If you ignore the Welt chainscale from HI3 (I dont even know why it would be ignored), theyd still be immeasurable with the numerous speed feats in amphoreus. Which then in turn gets scaled back to Welt because the dude still gets glazed in every arc since the Doomsday Beast even up to current arc by Evernight. Which then nothing changes because its still a Welt chainscale

Well the justficition in his page wasnt so convincing to be honest, so I would prefer in-game feats for the speed. Another thing my eyes cought was that Welt doesnt have same AP in his HSR version with HI 3rd version. If his power is remained unchanged, wouldht that make him High 1C in HSR too?
Anyways my reason to ask these are curiosity, not to argue.

I’m sorry, can I ask something? When did Welt ever use the real Star of Eden? If I remember correctly, wasn’t the SoE already destroyed a long time ago? The one Welt has been using his entire life is just a replica, right?

From my memory, the very first Star of Eden was destroyed by Otto a long time ago when he fought and severely injured Welt Joyce during the events of Anti-Entropy Visual Novel

for all i know Welt SoE somewhat questioned to be more dangerous than Acherons sword (Said by Acheron herself) which can level entire dreamscape which is spread across asdana galaxy which is millions of ly big

SoE being more dangerous than Acheron sword, prob going to need to give credit to the nature of the attack being a black hole. The strength of SoE will also depend on much honkai energy + power of Herrsher core that he can access, which will directly translate to SoE output, and since we have no idea whether he is comparable but still weaker, or he has the same amount of power as his prime self. SoE will remain Unknown for as long as the dude remains being 0 screentime man

he doesnt, he just doesnt have enough since even animating arahato using power of reason tires him out so he has to use it and lower qualities (knowning how hsr is tech advanced game its probably still 4k60fps quality lol)

You don't need to have that much honkai energy yourself to use the power of the Divine Key; only the Zeroth Power of the Divine Key consumes a hellish amount of energy as it can render a fully charged Divine Key useless once used since it no longer have any energy left at all, the Divine Key also energy reserve of it own as well, assuming Welt also recreates this function he can just slowly but steadily recharged SoE also he don't really get to use it that much anyway so rechraged time is like a few minute at best (It take a few hours to recharged Divine Key)
We have Dr.Mei, Otto, and Himeko as a clear example for those who have low honkai energy but can still use the power of the Divine Key

^^ V4 is the last beta, they buffed some things but the stack generation is still ass wtf
HSR is too predatory, if you really cared about Anomaly Arbitration where it forces you to have E0S1 for Castorice, Evernight and Hyacine or atleast E0S1 for Castorice & Hyacine else it's impossible to even get 1 star because other teams like Phainon are just E2S1 with their supports being that too. I mean it's not a problem when you can still clear the endgame content very easily but HSR shilling signatures for mono remembrance team (and Eidolons, especially for Cyrene this time where it's not optional anymore) or what they did with DHPT
I swear 35+ effective substats isn't enough for this man, the teamcomp is a MUST because you're cooked if you don't (I don't have Hyacine and I'm cooked forever, it would be fine if I don't even have their lightcones in the way I still could clear it but like man)

Didn’t those endgame stages is designed for whale players? If you’re not a big spender, you can’t even 3-star all the stages, right? I mean, the rewards aren’t even that good, so why stress about it, man?
I don’t even touch MoC/Apo/PoF again if I fail to 3-star it after trying 3–4 times, lol.
You want me to get more Eidolons, characters, or Light Cones just to clear endgame? No—f*ck you, Hoyo.

Well, that’s HoR. Welt and HoR were never compatible from the start, so creating anything with it always tires his body — not to mention he’s older in HSR.
And I think when Welt said he needed 3–4 days to create another episode, it wasn’t because he used the power of Reason, but because he was animating the episode himself, since Welt is an animator in the lore.

The rewards were like 3 Self-Modeling Resin with the latter if you manage to 1 star it like you get this dice that can block 1 of the 4 substats so it'll roll to the 3, this is like the reason why

Does this can lower the "quality" tho? if we assume welt use his SoE every time he fight, I think welt doesn't really have a problem with the amount of energy at all.
Ah, I’m sorry — I don’t really know about it since people always say it’s a very hard game mode, so I don’t really want to try it because I’m a soft gamer.
Three self-modeling resins and a reset dice? Yeah, not bad — but I tried those reset dice twice, and it wasn’t a pleasant experience for me tho.

Raw power of Divine Key, even with Zeroth Power, is still lower than the power of Herrsher (Only Blank Key is comparable to Herrsher since it directly links the user to Imaginary Space but Blank Key is not Divine Key so there is that), so the only way to increase its power even more is through your own power (Like how Kevin can channel his power through Shamash), so if Welt is weaker than his prime self then while generally SoE will be equal to what it used to be in Hi3rd (assuming this is the one he create and it of the same quality), only Zeroth Power will be weaker than what it used to be as it use hellish amount of energy and technically can 'overcharged' for more power output

Those Phainon and archer definitely have a god tier relic.
Ah, I mean, can it lower the High 1-C rating? Even if the SoE’s raw power is weaker than a Herrscher’s, it’s still rated High 1-C, right?
Moreover, I think Welt in HSR isn’t that different from Welt in the Alien Space manga — and the Welt in Alien Space could still easily blow up alien beings who used Honkai energy. Not to mention, Welt said the Antimatter Legion is comparable to the enemies from his past.

It should still be H1-C if he is actually almost equal or just equal to his prime self, but due to the dude being 0 screentime man, we can only really give Unknown right now

I don’t think classifying Pathstriders as High 1-C is too far-fetched, considering that Sparkle was able to hold her ground against Vita in battle.
