it is, the final purple is just a chanted + handsign purple that Gojo didn't direct
directing purple makes it do more damage, it's like being caught in the blast of a grenade vs being shot with a large rifle. They might have the same force, but when it's controlled it does a lot more damage
hence why the unlimited purple didn't straight up kill Sukuna

You use yield strength for ripping things off the ground. Compressive strength is for crushing smth against the ground. Also yes, Jogo should already be (or damn near) Class G, he can hold Maximum Meteor which has a resting mass that's Class G IIRC. Let alone the force of him jumping with it in his hand. Realistically, I think Gojo and FP Sukuna are City level off pure vibes but i do believe gojo and sukuna should realistically scaling to Jogo's meteor but from what i can tell that's a losing battle that's been fought for years at this point.
As for the heavy hitters, i do believe that they're alright (though i wish they had actually feats they performed like the rika beam feat instead of scaling to...mechamaru) though i just wish there was a way to truly compensate for Yuji's growth whenever hits black flashes once he has awakened since we know they amp him but by an unknown ammount (we can't use the 1.2x multiple for each one)

I got the god tiers at Small City and rela (Kashimo is rela too)
High tiers should be Mhs+ and maybe large town level.
