City level its iffy but i can see/understand the reasoning behind, even when i don't completely buy it.
Massively FTL+ its bullshit, even assuming Snake could scale to Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance he definitely doesn't to Raiden's Ripper Blade Mode.
Relativistic to FTL on the other hand its something i do agree and is not as wacky as you may think.
With MG1 Snake's dodging lasers, RAY dodging REX's laser and MGS4 Beauty and Beast be capable og dodge the Solar Gun as the most solid feats.

Solar Gun is a NG+ only weapon, it's basically non-canon.
Also RAY doesn't dodge REX's beam, it's hitscan.
MG1 feat do be real tho.
They actually aren't tho, dodging bullets is the most consistent feat in the verse, and happens over 50 times, often making a show of it with characters like Snake, The Boss, Big Boss, Vamp, Raiden, Solidus, Fox, Gene, Mantis, and more actively statuing them or perceiving them in slow motion. They're also outright stated to be able to dodge them too. Bullets aren't actually that useful in combat against characters that are equals to the main cast, with every relevant fight always leading into CQC. They're convenient long-range options against fodder half the time.
The most obvious example even is Gray Fox in 1 who flat out laughs at you if you try to use guns against him and is impossible to land a hit on as he just deflects every bullet, forcing Snake to go into melee.
The only relevant dude who actively uses guns is Ocelot and they're only good with him because he has dumb af infoprecog and analysis. And even then he doesn't for more direct fights.

Even if we take it as a legitimate feat, it comes out really inconsistent when taking in the anti-feats that come with this (as well as in comparison to tier 8 & 9 feats)
There's no actual feasible way to get MGRR to actual MFTL+ stats without calc stacking which is garbage on its own
Ray's calc takes in the laser pointer like beam rather than the actual damaging beam that comes afterwards, the B&B's feats are fine on their own but the Solar Gun is part of new game+ content which makes it questionable. Only the MG1 feat is really solid

Tbh even the 8-B feat is sussy, not only because of what it is, but the fact the calc is inflated it's more like 8-C.
There's a lot of 9-A to 8-C feats for that bracket of dudes though, some extremely direct like caving in steel walls happens a few times with strikes. Weaponry not included, they got some dumb af feats like destroying huge thick steel walls.

Yeah that, the calc treats the lock on beam and the FE beam as the same thing, they aren't and both hitscan.

Not sure if this kind of logic work here, this its the same series where Snake directly refer to the bandana which give you infinite ammo.
An item which its only appear in a NG+ mode, so in theory the Solar Gun feats are legit.

Yeah Snake having a NG+ item given to him by Meryl in the sequel only game after having saved Meryl is legit. Because they say he has it and shows he has it and the requirement for getting it is canon and is shown to have happened.
We wouldn't give it to him in MGS1 though, because it's NG+.
That is not the same as a NG+ only weapon of a weapon that comes from a completely different game and is only there as a nice lil reference in NG+.

CRISIS makes entertaining videos but he high-balls like crazy. Still a good watch doe imo and he makes a lot of good points about exoskeletons in the verse. Looking forward to seeing how we go about scaling Old Snake when we inevitably get that verse-wide CRT made just in time for MGS's 100 year anniversary.

Given we treat MGR as canon, and Sliders explicitly haven't gotten better, there's a few nice lil backscaling feats given Old Snake can grapple them in QTE's and Raven too.
Nothing much but it helps.

There's 5 ways to get MFTL for MGR. 3 are a pain in the ass tho so not bothering, needs a lot of timing shit.
Only 1 is MFTL+ tho.

You'll see one probably today, I'm just adding random obvious missing abilities to Raiden then dropping a CRT that includes one. Some kind of a pain in the ass to find tho, I don't actually have means to record MGR myself atm so it's either yt or putting Unknown in the mines.I was DEFENDING

He moreso evaded the laser being moved towards him than the actual speed of the beam itself
Snake dodging infrared lasers is fine on its own, its just been calculated to be higher before in this blog
The calc is fine but it's a bit of a dubious feat since it uses a weapon that's not present in the base game
These beams being referred to as lasers doesn't really prove them to move at SoL speeds, at least by wiki standards. The EMP grenades are fine to use for a calc, but this is probably some outdated mathToratorn's blog - Metal Gear Calcs | Naruto Forums
