General Godzilla Discussion

I honestly think his Godzilla scaling is probably worst. He somehow got Heisei to Hyperverse level based on a few infinite energy statements. Although, him getting Bayverse Optimus Prime to UNIVERSE LEVEL (the one whose enemies can be harmed by bullets) is also pretty damn bad. I do still enjoy his content though, he comes up with some fun video ideas.
No? he only says Heisei is 4-D to 5-D at best, he also already addresses Optimus and other LA TF characters being hurt by weapons, because there's already an explanation for that in-verse

I got the terms mixed up between hyperversal and complex multiversal but honestly that’s not any better.

Thing is that Bayformers being able to be harmed by real life weapons is way more consistent than the Uni stuff which relies on assuming that Galvatron’s AP scales to his Black Hole core despite that not being made clear at all (same goes for the Fallen and his Big Bang power). It requires all the consistent building to city level feats that are capable of harming them to actually be so far below them that it becomes ridiculous. They need a machine to harvest stars for energy despite containing Universal levels of energy themselves? Are the real world vehicles that appear in the franchise and harm the Bayformers themselves universe level? If so then what’s the point of them being real life vehicles? Is the rail gun that explicitly fires a round at Mach 7 Universe level? So either the round is more massive than our solar system or it just uses some unknown technology to make a BIG BANG level explosion. But it makes sense, cos they got the tech from studying Megatron. Even though the tech shown when this is mentioned is just real life technology like a phone. And the fact that the film is supposed to be a more grounded take on the franchise. Sure.

Question, is Ultima 1-A baseline or way higher

So apparently Godzilla Battle Lines is adding the Godzilla The Ride's version of Goji and Ghidorah to its roster.

Are there any good Godzilla youtubers you guys recommend? Not in the powerscaling sense, just that they talk about Goji, the films and whatever.

Baseline, anything higher seems kinda vague at least for now
Doesn’t he scales to reality being dreams within dreams though. If a single dream difference here means he’s 1-A then shouldn’t the gap between the dreams make him like one or two layers above baseline?

We don't acutally know if the dreams within dreams thing has a gap between them. If there was a direct statement of heirarchy here it'd be a different story but we know that the "dream" is more so Godzilla controlling and seeing through the dimensionally bound bodies that he makes, so a dream within dream is likely to be something similar to how in the novel "It" killed its own body, exited "the shell of dreams", reformed it like a butterfly and then entered it again. In short, the whole quote is quite vague, too metaphorical and too dangerous to stake 1-A+ on. On the other hand, there's at least 3 statements including the dream quote that make 1-A more solid.

I see, thanks for clarifying on what it means in novel then.
There are two options - either DB digs out something we haven't seen before or we get a s2. Honestly I feel if we get s2 it may only make 1-A more questionable.

I'm willing to bet they'll at least mention Marvel Goji. If not the new stuff then easily the really old stuff.

It was pretty obvious it was going to be Composite Goji, just that some people were not 100% if Ultima would be used (given crossovers prolly won't).
Well, many Hulk fans here in VSBW were saying that Death Battle wasn't going to use a Composite Godzilla, to the point of debating Godzilla fans about it, including me. :V

Btw, shouldn't Novel Ultima have Low/Mid-Godly regen instead of just High? Reading the "scratch" session, I see it as more as how It could generate a physical body from the properties emanated from himself, and the fact Godzilla can return after erasing his own body supports that further.

Doesn't he do it on a informational scale,so wouldn't it be high godly?

He would need to restore his information on its totality to be high godly. I think it should just be a really good low godly.
