I liked it. I watched it alongside its rival series Chouuja Raideen. Chouuja Raideen is the series that had the strongest giant robot (Raideen is a multiversal god robot that has the power to destroy a universe if he sees fit) until the appearance of Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann.
 
Ah yes, a series involving the original transforming mecha nine years before. To think it started as Yoshiyuki Tomino's creation before a "real robot" craze came out (as if Ideon didn't escalate things up).

Yes. But the Raideen you talk about is the original. I believe that Raideen is island level. Also, that show has the prototype for Char Aznable.

i watched like 8 episodes of it
it was alright, the beginning is pretty episodic and follows the same format for every episode
i'm told that changes towards the latter half but i never got there lol
 
Even if a Mazinger VS Getter blog got taken down, we still have it's document, research notes and are planning to bring it back someday. Assuming @Kaiser0079's fine with a middle part.

A thing is, the entire verse (except God Mazinger) was deleted for these reasons. Ionliosite does have some of the completed work in All Fiction Battles Wiki for both Mazinger, Getter Robo and much others.

@Minniez has detailed Shin Mazinger ZERO profiles on his sandboxes, while I've been writing some Toei pages in mine as well (only Koji'll get a pilot page unlike Tetsuya & Duke, because of his bigger equipment and other stuff).

But There is a lot of tier 8 and 7 feats throughout the show.

off the top of my head there is a feat where an incomplete Tekkaman blade tanks a bomb that is obviously meant to be the military's equivalent of a nuclear bomb and he is stated to be more durable against all weapons on earth before the sol-Tekkaman and anti-Tekkaman weapons were developed. And this is all before he got his upgrade.

Also, based on what I saw in Tekkaman Blade II:
All Radam Tekkaman can survive a nuclear explosion. Dead End survived one at the end IIrc

Yeah they should get planet level off of that alone at the very least, we are even shown the collision destroying the planet so D-Boy and the others should scale to that via the fact they can scale to Voltekkas

Might warrant a separate key but it has more tier 5 stuff and potentially tier 3

I see... It seems it is the one where Milly and Tekkaman Evil are clones of Miyuki and D-Boy.

There is another one made by Comic Bonbon DX. In there, Miyuki self-destructs before being tortured and she dies. But takes with her Tekkamen Lance, Sword and Axe. After this, Blade pummels Evil without mercy.

There was also The Short twin blood Ova that shows an entirely different first battle against Blade and Evil. Their designs as well as the Looks of D-Boy and Aki looked very different compared to The original anime. Aki herself looks more like her sequel counterpart compared to the original.

would I have to put this into a separate key or include it as part of the original show character. it has only one feat to its name as well as being a short OVA but the characters look radically different and it's a reimagined fight from the show. And there is also the fact that it was released as a special edition for the show's CD release back in 1998.

Eh I disagree with Voltekkas not scaling to physicals, they're shooting each other with them a lot by the end
Also they can probability get dura neg properties since guidebooks describe them as antimatter
Doesn't matter for tiering because they show force and Blade stops a planet level attack with it and it's his energy but that should mean something

Here for the Blade bio description

Here for Voltekka description

TL;DR: Voltekka is an antimatter particle beam, Super Voltekka swallows matter like a black hole

The guidebook states Tekkaman's flight limit is the speed of light and he can't exceed it, but has no other limit (Relativistic+ probably, supported by him flying past the moon in seconds in Tekkaman Blade II)

Dodging the Voltekka should also be relativistic since it's a particle beam
