Pretty sure, I think someone mentioned that he was either Low 1-A or 1-A, hence why he was moved into 2nd in 5-C
I think you might be right, though doesn't that mean he qualifies under the new definition of "Smurf" with everything outside of 1-A just being treated as range?

That doesn't really matter though, If you have a a Key of a certain Tier and you can beat someone on the list, then you qualify for it regardless of whether or not said key is "good" or not. Aizen for example still beats Announcer so he can have a spot on the list above him

actually the term "supra" is used informally since it was not established by Ultima, it was first used in the dragon talisman thread, to try to define where Gu Chesha scales, because his scaling was so high that there was no appropriate term.
back then in that thread i asked Ultima :

From what I see, Murphy is basically many Supra-Qualitative Superiority.
As they transcend the Noosphere which transcends the Narrative Stack with Infinite Meta-Meta extensioned Hierarchy.
While just Mages can be Countless Supra-Qualitative Superiority. As they can create Tellurians, which can encompass another Tellurian, into another… into another
Plus, not certain as to how legitimate that can be in Alt Battles Wiki.

The main reasoning behind that is because of each narrative being a false monad compared to the previous one, with a new "algorithm" of quality, thus surpassing the lesser layer and its notion of dimensionality and duality, but you are welcome to challenge that established revision there (I might as well root for you, as hax is where it's at, since I'm not a fan of tierslop in general).
