You forgot the UCN keyOkay, so after WAY too long of procrastination, I think I've made pretty good progress for Ralph's profile. Still going to adjust some things, but I'll likely have it done by the end of next week like I said, though I do want to ask two things:
- What should his physical stats be? The AP and Speed I have listed are based on Michael, the animatronics, what was briefly mentioned about Ralph, and this thread, but I thought I'd ask.
- Should I wait until we have more information from Secret of the Mimic (especially Arnold) before publishing the profile?
YeahPLEASE tell me if I'm wrong but doesn't Fiona die during childbirth in the books? Yet she dies at Fallfest in the game?
... does this imply that the Tales books are 100% a separate continuity?
The games likely use the books as a draft of the story and change things as they see fit when it's adapted.PLEASE tell me if I'm wrong but doesn't Fiona die during childbirth in the books? Yet she dies at Fallfest in the game?
... does this imply that the Tales books are 100% a separate continuity?
Also the fact that Edwin is alive in the storyteller, when in a tape it is heavily implied that he got killed/left for dead by M2.PLEASE tell me if I'm wrong but doesn't Fiona die during childbirth in the books? Yet she dies at Fallfest in the game?
... does this imply that the Tales books are 100% a separate continuity?
Thats wrong, We learned in an interview the game was actually planned before the books, and was in development at the same time as them. The games likely use the books as a draft of the story and change things as they see fit when it's adapted.
So they were worked on at the same time and somehow, someway, they **** it up and have them have varying details on what happened throughout the story.Thats wrong, We learned in an interview the game was actually planned before the books, and was in development at the same time as them.
No, The books were just never meant to be the same continuity, despite how many we had that claimed "talesgames are canon to the games".So they were worked on at the same time and somehow, someway, they **** it up and have them have varying details on what happened throughout the story.
That's somehow worse.
I hate this stupid ass series sometimes bro what is the logic behind thatNo, The books were just never meant to be the same continuity, despite how many we had that claimed "talesgames are canon to the games".
It's made for theorists...I hate this stupid ass series sometimes bro what is the logic behind that
I almost forgot to consider we do have to do thatLuckily all this means is that we have to split the Mimic's page in two
One uses the books, the other uses the games
Wait, we were using the books?...Luckily all this means is that we have to split the Mimic's page in two
One uses the books, the other uses the games
We were using TalesWait, we were using the books?...
...We were using Tales
That is still the Mimic thoughAlso, we need to move Glitchtrap key to William
The TFTP feats are there for supportthe TFTP being non canon doesn't really change much for the Mimic's scaling right?
SotM honestly made the connection more closeGlitchtrap still has more of a connection to the Mimic than anything else. That stays
ic ic.The TFTP feats are there for support
The main feat comes from Ruin. Tho SotM's feats might be better
It's the mimic possessed by William or his Agony. That is still the Mimic though
It's certainly taking on a rabbit appearance, but I don't think William has anything to do with GlitchtrapIt's the mimic possessed by William or his Agony.
It's not possessed by William. And even supposing his agony were involved, the main factor is still the MimicIt's the mimic possessed by William or his Agony.
I swear, this is why the FNAF verse is so messy on the wiki...It's certainly taking on a rabbit appearance, but I don't think William has anything to do with Glitchtrap
It is though, it posseses knowledge only WIlliam has. It's not possessed by William. And even supposing his agony were involved, the main factor is still the Mimic
Burntrap is tied to Glitchtrap as the reason for Vanessa's Vanny persona existing, and is later shown by Ruin's environmental storytelling to be the Mimic ("M2")It is though, it posseses knowledge only WIlliam has.
We never saw "burntrap" as the m2, that's entirely false.Burntrap is tied to Glitchtrap as the reason for Vanessa's Vanny persona existing, and is later shown by Ruin's environmental storytelling to be the Mimic ("M2")
MXES (Fiona, someway somehow), which somehow ended up in the Pizzaplex's underground complex, was seemingly used (maybe by Vanessa) to contain the Mimic underground. One thing that SotM accomplishes is elaborate on the relationship between MXES (M1) and the Mimic (M2). Afton isn't relevant here
It's heavily implied in one of the tapes that there's some supernatural phenomena going on with FionaAlso, I don't think the Mimics are possessed. They're mimicking the deceased. It's what they do.
If anything, David is the weird tiger ghost thing lol
Sure, and thats why Edwin never knew how it happened or could never replicate it, or m2 started mimicking Fiona without any connection to her and having her memories and personality down to a T, and even acting without directly mimicing. Also, I don't think the Mimics are possessed. They're mimicking the deceased. It's what they do.
Yeah, Fiona is almost guaranteed to be possessing it.It's heavily implied in one of the tapes that there's some supernatural phenomena going on with Fiona
We know from Dawko's 2024 interview with Scott that the focus on Burntrap is the result of communication errors during production. Later, Ruin instead shows the Mimic, with environmental storytelling (claw marks that match those of Burntrap) that leans more toward the idea that they're the same. Burntrap is absolutely M2We never saw "burntrap" as the m2, that's entirely false.
MXES was possessed by Fiona, after her soul was moved from m2 to it. Also, that point is completely irrelevant for my point.
We already know that the mimic 1 program or a copy of it, is affected by William's memories(Agony) this is already widely accepted, by the more knowledgeable fans, what is debated is if it's William possessing it directly or not.
You are wrong here. Burntrap was supposed to exist as a "shadow that followed" that you could see randomly in the corner of your eye.We know from Dawko's 2024 interview with Scott that the focus on Burntrap is the result of communication errors during production.
