Either Daemon haxf***s the hell out of Kaido, or Kaido just ACoCs.
Pretty sure Kaidou inflicts an ungodly amount of Haki onto Daemon.

Now hold your horses... because there is a big fat weakness were Daemon has to touch the opponent in order for his passive hax to occur.

Weaknesses: Daemon's intention reflection requires him to be touching someone, be it an enemy or ally.

Ngl Daemons passive is a bit weird. There are many cases where he's undeniably reflecting intent without touching anyone and Amado says it in a way which seems to imply intent and action reflection are 2 individual abilities.
So I'm not sure if it's a good idea to put him in match ups until the manga clears that up

Even without relying on Intent and Action reflections, he still outmatches Kaido, who is only possibly Low 5B with a maximum output of 1,075,200 Zettatons. Code > V2 Jigen > MAS > Golem> Fused Momoshiki = 1,691,800 Zettatons> Kages (Knocks All the 5 kages in an instant Kages = 845.9 Exatons). This Code, far stronger than Fused Momo, was easily destroyed by Daemon, who didn’t even need to try (he’s never gone all out). Additionally, Daemon has the ability to teleport directly behind his opponent or to their body.
This is what will happen to kaido.

Why are people saying daemon is 1.7ZT? Daemon is is 10Zt. Actually jigen is 10ZT and code > and then an u serious daemon 2 shot him. Kaido is getting bodied to oblivion. Or is there something in his haki that helps him?

Daemon's ability that DOESNT require touch (intent I thinm) should work just fine. Kaidou "weaponizing intent" like @Kachon123 said won't do jack shit cuz weaponizing intent doesn't make you resist that cuz why would it

Kaidou has mastery of his own intent in willpower to the point to where he can physically manifest it to fight people. Layered as well. I'd need some serious proof to agree that Daemon would be able to manipulate Kaidou's own willpower more than he can himself.

Daemon's ability warps causality to reflect intent
So if Kaidou does anything it goes right back at him. No questions asked
Willpower doesn't really help in this case cuz Daemon takes the result of said intent and just inflicts it on you
Kaidou doesn't resist causality manipulation so he's cooked here regardless

Daemon does not manipulate will power or intent. He reflects the effects of negative intent and attacks back on the caster before their effect can actualize. That's causality manipulation.
