Should we have pages for phantom parade? Cause there seems to be a lot of good feats above the normal series ( pre awakened gojo destroying a mountain, a sorcerer sinking an island ext)

Tbh no one in the thread thinks the verse caps at Mach 3, and there’s a litany of feats that are above it and into the Hypersonic ranges; Hell, that fear is probably Hyper too if you use the anime’s version. Maki ****** rotates her whole ass body and moves back when it’s like a cm from her face.
Only problem is that it’s lower on the totem pole to things like a UES or profile updates.

JJK gotta have the most ass-backwards speed scaling I've ever seen cause Naobito (and by proxy Naoya) were considered the fastest apart from Gojo and they're like Mach 1. Meaning they somehow blitz Maki (pre-full HR) who could somehow block a bullet that was essentially next to her eyes.

No Maki at that point will never be rated hypersonic. Most the verse will never be rated hypersonic pre Shinjuku honestly.

Tbf I don't really think they're faster than the likes of Yuta and Hakari whose abilities haven't been seen by the majority of jujutsu society but it does cap people at Pre-Awakening Maki's level for sure

I think Gege realized it'd be less believable if basically everyone and their grandma could catch a bullet up close and decided to make the characters closer to reality. Plus he probably didn't want everyone to be physically fast and made it clear Gojo mainly relies on Blue, Yuji's built different, Sukuna's Sukuna, Maki and Toji are super duper human. So everyone being that high early on while not having shown the actual fast characters' feats seemed wonky to him.

Kashimo wasn't an actual threat, where was Sukuna trying? Yuji and Maki are the only real threats to him.

Yet, kashimo was the only one that sukuna instantly tried to kill with WCS and didnt want to play around.. ( which mba dodged) while sukuna could one tap literally everyone with it but didnt want to, wouldnt call that a threat

This is just a reading problem at this point and we see stuff differently. To me its clear as day Sukuna was bored with Kashimo and didn't care to drag out the fight so he flexed on him. It's got nothing to do with Kashimo being faster, stronger, or more of a threat in comparison to the other sorcerers.
