He has the resistance because he resisted it. Why do you believe he nullified it with his Spiritual Energy when he wasn't exuding it to overpower Rukia's Spiritual Energy, or why would he be significantly stronger than her, to the point of being able to nullify her abilities in the first place?

No, it's an alternate world where Aizen puts up a better fight against Dangai Ichigo, to the point where Dangai Ichigo was overpowered. Ichigo then gets a ShounenMC powerup and beats him using FGT.
