Pretty sure that's a hell no. Soul Physiology just says f**k you to anything he throws at him with invuln and Askin just hits him with the DD and he's toast.

Can Saitama's Greater Accelerated Development give him Non-Physical Interaction (Soul)? Super surprised OPM doesn't have any Soul Manipulation yet with its Hax. As he can interact with Space-Time and dimensional slashes like they're nothing.

Saitama's accelerated development cannot give him the ability to interact with souls, and even if it could, Bleach has layered soul-based intangibility and invisibility.
There might be some soul manipulation in One-Punch Man, but it doesn't come up very often.
As of right now, Saitama's ability to interact with dimensional slashes has been reconned out of existence (at least for now, we have to see if it'll come back or not).

Nope, it's all of his "poisons." It's not like Askin only uses conventional poisons either since he can lower his opponent's resistance to normal substances like blood, water, or even air.

Isn't Bleach's Layered Intangibility and Invisibility only apply to Spirit Ribbons? That's not in their Physiology

No, the layers apply to their physiology too; however, looking through the pages, it seems like the Quincies don't get them, only Soul Reapers and Hollows. Granted, Saitama doesn't have soul-based NPI, so it doesn't matter.
I'll have to check if One-Punch Man actually has soul manipulation or not because I could be misremembering.
Yeah, but the actual story and artwork is a lot better than the previous version, so it's all good in my book.

Only the one that fled to human world should have physical body. Even though in most of the fights, they are in spiritual form.

He does call it "spiritual," but he probably means that it a more religious kind of way since he talks about it like it's a mental thing (which it is).

It required a Reishi Conversion Device for the crew to regain their Kishi bodies again (this didn't affect Ichigo though since he didn't initially have his Kishi body transformed into Reishi, he was already a Soul when he entered, while Kon inhabited his Kishi one). If they hadn't installed that, they would have remain as a Reishi constituted being, or a Soul.
So unless any of the Quincies go through a Reishi Conversion Device before entering a fight, they would still retain their Reishi constitution, and the inherent qualities tied with that.

Probably yes. But NPI and interacting with intangibility are different things. Eg. Somebody capable of interacting with physical matter, space (which obviously almost all character can do) won't get automatic interaction with physical intangibility.
So yeah, this seems incorrect. Interacting with something spiritual ≠ interacting with souls.
