It's passive. But it takes time for the effect to appear since he need to analyze if it's a bigger dose. He will be blitzed to oblivion before dropping them in a death match.
In character he would drop a lot of them like ichigo.

And aizen's adaptability, evolution is likely better than hybrids.

Btw aizen has passive higher D perception manipulation, ee. Transcendent reatsu has decons.
So askin ain't winning against any of em in SBA even if you equalize stats.

And im really not excited for HoS, and TB ichigo, it feels really lackluster compared to previous forms, such as Dangai ichigo which is BY FAR his best form imo, Mugetsu, and Vasto Lorde ichigo

Ik Ichigo’s HoS and TB weren’t well received because of the lackluster performance at the rushed ending. But I love the Christian symbolism so deeply intertwined in that form of Ichigo (plus I’m a sucker for spiked up Super Saiyan style hair he gets). I also have faith the anime is going to do the forms much more justice in depiction. I will agree that FGT/Mugetsu Ichigo is probably his cleanest form

Mind hax frkm zankpakuto or whatever > resistance to physiology mind hax > unconventional mind hax resistance with physiology.

Bleach has other speed feats that can be argued to be infinite as well anyway.

Yeah but like... The current standards demands layers not potency. Even if there are potency, the wiki renders it useless according to current standards given it is immeasurable altogether.
