If Yamamoto and Unohana are still alive….that means the original Gotei 13 was murder. By who? Yhwach!? Could be. Yhwach said, “The Gotei 13 squad you founded died 1,000 years ago with us.” Cour 4 could have Yhwach used Yamamoto’s Bankai to bring the original Gotei 13 back to fight the current Gotei 13 to show them in battle. Yhwach told Yamamoto that he could bring his own subordinates to fight Yamamoto. Meaning, the people Yhwach has killed can be brought back once more.

Weakened Soul King, who Aizen is scaled to with his Fourth form, isn't the same as Prime Soul King, who is the version of himself that is scaled to be possibly above Ichigo's strongest form.

Didn’t Hikone also got to that state? Kenpachi Bankai defeated that thing. He ain’t SK level. But also Grimmjow, and Shuhei also fought Hikone as well every other character in the show.

Eyepatch-less Kenpachi, not Shikai or Bankai (granted, Kenpachi didn't defeat them either, but that's just because he wanted to extend the fight as long as possible).
Yes they are.
They only fought a weaker Hikone.
Shuhei didn't really even fight Hikone; he just used his Bankai to stalemate them.
