Looking over the high-end Kratos Lore™️ speed arguments this is actually strangely blatant

Assuming they're consistent with their standards Kratos is probably taking speed since Dragonborn got Infinite speed Lore™️

Base powers still has the immortality neg + absorbing powers

Norse weapons give him space-time manipulation, curses, stuns, attack negation + redirection + reflection, sound manipulation, poison manip, sealing, more absorption (with added resistance negation), with Asura MAYBE resisting his soul/mind/memory/probability/concept manip due to a technically since you could argue his limited soul resistance is applicable there

He also just has Seidr and Bifrost magic which adds its own list of abilities

Travel speed =/= reaction speed

Thats like saying usain bolt and bruce lee are equally as fast, when the two are fast in two different speeds here

Dragon ball has low flight speed in their profiles, very low, compared to their reactions and all

I mean there ain't much for super absurd reaction speed on par with Asura with Kratos without looking kinda crazy, most people ain't gonna be accepting that Kratos has literal infinite speed reactions and combat speed because an artbook called the underworld infinite.

Well even if it's taken, they could get Asura to the same ballpark if they interpret the Naraka feat a certain way.

They thought jojo wasnt FTL either despite many stuff saying they are, let alone feats too, so why a statement of underworld size for speed is any different?

Hercules has literally in game the capability to shield his eyes from helios light if you try to blind him for example

By doing the same thing they did with the likes of Chosen Undead, Ren Amamiya/Joker and Dragonborn, by showing the feats, statements, guidebooks and scaling.

Like try tell to casual Final Fantasy 7 fan (or one who isn't involved with powerscaling) that Cloud apparently actually capable to wipe out solar systems or multiple galaxies at the very least, when in general machine guns can still kill the cast or one of the major plot point of the series its that they couldn't stop a meteor from destroy Gaia.

Yet despite that its not like this scaling its made up, we do have actual evidence to prove that.

Wrong, without lore Dragonborn doesn't have the edge in raw strength, which was the major factor for him to win since he couldn't prevent the Chosen Undead to return back over and over until he win the battle of attrition.

With only visual feats and statements from games Chosen Undead can still end up to Star Level by defeating begins who can fuel the Sun, while the Dragonborn at best its Planet Level by scaling to Alduin.

DB treated him beating a dude that split a continent as being superior strength wise to the chosen undead before they got into how strong they'd be via all the lore (They even said he had better feats in that regard). I haven't played Dark Souls in way too long, but whether they were right on that front doesn't really matter for the episodes logic since they treated him as being stronger regardless of lore making the two of them cosmic.

There is legit no way for them to do the same for Kratos vs Asura. They could do the most bullshit sun disk equivalent calc for Kratos and the various gods he murks and it still isn't touching Asura casually flying across the galaxy and blowing up stars, he needs the lore to win and without it just completely loses. Easier to swallow for people that Dragonborn and Chosen Undead are cosmic when they also bring up feats and stats on a much lower level that would have the same result anyway, not as easy to tell people "Yeah in terms of feats Kratos is like continental and around the speed of light while Asura is galaxy level and billions of times ftl, but uh the lore in ascension and some artbooks make Kratos infinite universal with infinite speed so he wins actually."

while you could make a doable argument in AP, Speed is just lol no
 
I feel like DB would say they're both universal and equal in strength, Asura is faster, but Kratos is more tactical, has better haxes, and has more control of his anger.
 
Since its sorta relevant, I did hear that Alduin might not have been at full power to scale Dragonborn fully. Or maybe thats some nitpick on lore someone had.

Well Asura not being in control of his anger has never really been a problem in AW (or, only in the middle of the game I guess when Olga fired down on innocents). In fact it's what allows him to go from being fodder against Chakravartin to bullying his ***** ass.
