Quote me saying this. Actually, I don't think no one ever said this. You said with all the words that Yuta's control is bad. I said it isn't. Milly said it isn't.

His output doesn't suck. His CE control does tho. Only reason he matched with Ryu is due to his abnormally high reserves that compensated for his ce control not being on Ryu level. If it was Ryu's level, Ryu is a instant goner.

So no, Yuta's output doesn't suck. If it's compared to Ryu, then fine, everyone's output suck.

Also, I can’t believe I need to explain this, but the reason why Yuta’s Cleave didn’t do much damage to Sukuna is because Sukuna didn’t allow it to cut further.

251, final page, Cleave is centered dead in Sukuna’s face. 252, next page, first page even, we clearly see Sukuna has aimed the blade so far away from his face. Yuta’s swords in the domain fully disappear after usage, so the fact that Sukuna can grab it, and pull it away after, means that it wasn’t done cutting through him, and only after that page it disappeared. Meaning Sukuna avoided the bulk of the damage, lol.

The name of the arc actually has deeper meaning.

It's 懐玉・玉折編 and it means more like:

"Hidden Gem, Broken Gem"

So it's about how the hidden potential in someone like Gojo, and the potential that was squandered (Geto) due to mental health struggles. Honestly, it's my favorite arc in JJK, and I would've liked several arcs for them. We should've gotten one about how they became who they were at the time, and considered each other "the strongest," only to THEN have the Toji arc, and Geto's turn.

But then I thougth about it more, and we actually just see Yuta do insane feats of keeping up with Ryu in combat, the person who has insane combat strength and then have no anti feats. It's really just a misreading, and making an erroneous connection between two things, to say Yuta is weak in output.

IN FACT, if we take the interpretation that your base body + CE reinforcement determines your AP, then Yuta's output is probably insane considering his build isn't super muscular or anything like that. He's a skinny 17 year old, but using CE output he can go toe to toe with insanely strong people

NGL Choso probably beats every grade 1 - Mei Mei.
Mei Mei herself has insane AP with Bird Strike and insane versatility in combat, but I struggle to see how Nanami is beating Choso, for example

There’s more nuance to a fight than oh my attack is faster than yours but I agree that Choso wins. Especially due to hardening and regen.

Supernova uses convergence, the same thing Piercing Blood does, yet it is not faster than Piercing Blood, yet Supernova was honed for far longer but still is weaker than Piercing Blood? Make it make sense.
