In fact, this goes for everybody. I've seen this behavior repeated enough times. I'm going to start handing out warnings if anyone continues it, regardless of who they are.

You can simply hide the name in the screenshot using any photoshop program or editor, this way you are protecting his privacy to be able to share the evidences.

I assume the context matters more than who is the one who is sharing but obviously if those evidences are verifiable or trusted.

That was a response to a different topic, the one regarding Transcending and Beyond_Transcending and was a response to Dread and Xearsay.

But anyway, I blocked the other vandal too.

Thats it? So I was right, this was the reason being used.

Just to give context, B_T only made like one post of people talking shit about him where he publicized one of the screenshots. Here is a link to the Quora post. All that was said in the post was “TDK HATERS BE LIKE” followed by a laughing emoji and a screenshot of a person in the same community talking shit.

Now that we have the context, how does any of this fall under harassment? All they did was call people who were hating on them “haters” which makes sense because the people in the screenshot were hating on them. So where’s the harassment?

It’s honestly bizarre to me that someone actually tried to paint this as harassment, and even more bizarre that you think this warrants a punishment such as a permaban.

People in this group were jumping ship from servers that the Transcendings were in and creating new ones for the specific purpose of avoiding them. Despite that, they managed to keep getting spies into these discord servers to get them screenshots, which the two of them would then make public Quora posts about to start drama.

That is obviously harassment.
 
Can I formally request this whole topic to be continued in private, or if transparency is a concern, its own thread? I get the concern regarding the justification of the ban, which is why I dont request people to just drop it entirely. But this whole topic has now consumed an entire page and has indirectly interfered with unrelated reports by continuesly pulling attention away from them.

How is calling people who were hating on them haters, starting drama? If anything it sounds like that group were the ones stirring up trouble or drama because they were hating on the Transcendings. And news flash speaking up against people talking bad about you, is not harassment. It’s simply defending one’s self.
 
These were private conversations they were not meant to have access to. It's extremely disturbing that you think it's not only appropriate, but justified to intentionally seek out someone's private sentiments about you, and publicize them in order to mock them and start drama as "defending oneself."

But regardless, your moral opinions are of no relevance here.

And its extremely disturbing that you think it’s ok for this group to hate on people in private but then try to claim they’re being harassed when they’ve gotten caught and the people they hated on start speaking up for themselves. The Transcendings did not start any drama. They rightfully called people hating on them haters. Whether that group did it in private or not doesn’t change the fact that the people hating are at fault for instigating drama, and not the two Transcendings.

I am aware of that upload, and also shared it to quite a few people. But it was agreed it didn't really show much evidence. And Blitz apparently sounds exactly like ImagineBreaker did in his YouTube video. Some people can sound different via voice acting, and it's not like a typical discord conversation where it is common place for people to talk over each other by accident. There is like a pause between each person speaking.

Plus, as AKM said, it isn't something that should be brought up every 6 months and it is best to trust Fandom about the Email Address overlap lists.

HR decided that it was not their call, and instead one for the general staff, since the given users were not staff members; so even though this is a particularly sensitive issue, it is outside of their sole jurisdiction (although all of them may weigh in should they please).

No, I haven't, and that's not why action wasn't taken. You lied about most of it, and what was left was mild bickering from years prior on a different site, before I was even a member here, and I proved that you had lied and left out context, and that your own behavior was far worse.

And moreover, you were directly asked multiple times to stop commenting here. You are not their VSBW lawyer and this is not the place to further your petty beef with me or reiterate false accusations.

Well, the staff already evaluated it. It's just derailing at this point, but I've asked the staff to remove the derailing posts so that it will end, since Xearsay has ignored multiple directives from staff to stop interfering in the thread and is guaranteed to keep ignoring them.
 
I don't know about the context of what went on in Quora, also, I'm not sure if Michael Julius is even on this site. But I think severity is what takes highest priority rather than how long ago it was. And I only saw account names, didn't see the specific message as most of them have 0 contributions. But if it was that long ago, people can often change in that time period. But either way, the accusations are heresay at best so far.

Also, being confrontational in itself isn't harassment persay, also, some of those shared names could be people impersonating him unless Quora had IP address overlap. But iirc, Quora isn't like Fandom in which people are allowed to create multiple accounts using the same Email Address. Fandom allows it solely for possibility of creating bot accounts, but most communities don't have that or allow multiple accounts with the same Email Address. But anyway, we already know how the Transcendings behave both onsite and offsite, in which they continuously ask their friends to gang up on numerous people and often harass people over exposing their dark secrets. And on the wiki, they have a history of asking their friends to mass FRA train for exaggerated DC upgrades and gang up on staff and reasonable users for disagreeing with them. Deagonx on the other hand is generally friendly and well behaved on site and seems well behaved and friendly offsite. And also is the type who prefers to avoid excessive conflict rather than engage further or fight back when others are wronging him. So regardless of his past incidents, he clearly is not even close to being that type of person these days.

The Transcendings on the other hand both appear malicious outright, and most of the staff still agree to keep them banned. It was originally intended to be kept private as First Witch suggested, but HR group insisted that since it isn't their job to handle drama of regular users, that it should be talked about here with general staff having the decisions. And it was also agreed for nonstaff to stop derailing the thread or argue out of ignorance. Not everyone doing that is malicious as it was agreed Dread seemed more on the oblivious side and definitely think she has good intentions. But Xearsay is acting like he just wants his friends unbanned so they can continue to bombard the DC revisions and make them go into utter chaos and unearthing years old offsite drama that comes of as heresay at best and propoganda at worst isn't the best tactic.
