Outside the train station there were different races: Demons, Humans, Dragons, Goblins, Werewolves, Dark Elves, Vampires using umbrellas, Normal Elves and Orcs
(yes, most of them are flying from one place to another and they change form to human ones keeping some dragonic features, after all this city is under the control of a Tiamat)
