Depends how far Murata raises the bar for the non-god tiers of the verse. Pretty sure he'll go pretty damn far, given what we've seen him do to Orochi, Psychorochi, etc.
I feel they might even end up making people scale to feats they usually would have no business being in.
Like how Garou scaled to Psychorochi.

I think Saitama's in-training car feat is likely invalid to some extent.
Saitama already noticed the commotion before this panel. Even at 40 km/h speed, braking distance alone is 9 metres, so the entire feat could have easily happened in a far slower timeframe.

Tbh I don't like Blast appearing so randomly in this arc. I would have liked it better if ONE had saved him for later on in the story. This kinda kills the hype and he seems unnecessary.
Like, what is his role? Deflecting some of Garou's attacks before getting ignored by Garou and Saitama? Introducing God, who could also have appeared without Blast being present?

Garou was turned into an eldritch abomination while the other S-Class were already struggling with much weaker opponents and at this point, Saitama not being knocked around to show how powerful a new enemy is seems to be becoming the norm so really, Blast is the only way Murata was able to avoid insane powerscaling issues since even without the radiation powers it would have been impossible to explain why the heavily injured S-Class heroes weren't killed by a Lovecraftian Garou beyond the usual "hero instincts" thing that even Murata seems to have gotten sick of now.
Also, considering Garou's relation to God, whom we know Bang has an invested interest in, I wouldn't say it was done "randomly".

The city level reasonings seem super flimsy to me, considering they hinge on Psykos knowing and being able to compare that Dragon level monster that appeared literally for a few minutes with Elder centipede whose own city destroying feats lack an established timeline.

… what? The City level ratings are based on the Hero Association claiming that EC is the most powerful monster they’ve seen yet, it has nothing to do with Psykos.

Er...no, Psykos' analysis is currently one of the reasonings given for him being at that tier. I have no idea what you mean by "nothing". Even if this was true what you said was never indicated on the profiles or the scan given therein.

You said the City level ratings hinge on Gyoro Gyoro’s statement, which is incorrect. It’s just supporting evidence. The Hero Assicistion’s statement is where 7-B comes from.

Not AP related. The only character I know who would make this meaningful is scaling to Beefcake who we, for some reason, don't treat as City level.

Also the Bofoi calc is using a non-canon manga panel, so I don't think its legit.
- Beefcake/Biceps King, a 270 meter giant, destroys a ton of City B when he dies. The same giant also destroyed City D, and do mean destroyed
- Mosquito Girl has a 50 kilometer range and mentions the surrounding forests
- The House of Evolution is located in the wilderness.
- Even in the anime there's giant uninhabited regions
- Sonic is training in the woods and there's multiple examples of bonus chapters that take place in various wilderness regions not around City-Z
- Genos mentions multiple surrounding towns near City-Z
- A 1.5+ kilometer base is comparable to City Z (webcomic)
- Boros's ship completely destroys City A. "How do you know?" you ask, because the manga out right says 99.8% of the city was destroyed from this attack
- Tornado and Saitama's fight shows there's plenty of empty space between the cities (webcomic)
- In this space shot you cannot see any country sized cities
- When Elder Centipede goes into outer space you see vast tracks of completely uninhibited spaces and gaps between cities
- Garou's shockwave does not show any planet sized cities
- We see multiple space shots of City Z and there are not country sized cities

the problem with this is:
tatsumaki TWISTED THE WHOLE Z CITY AREA, not only the capital, she ******* twisted a large country sized area, idk why this is not even considered. You can even compare the z city (the country) with the area being twisted, she twisted IT ALL, not only the capital, as i said.
she did lift the entire COAST of the country to stop the tsunami, lifting a city sized area wouldnt stop it. The tsunami was longer than a country, her lifting strenght being just class p is freaking low ball

I think he isn't satisified with the quality of the art he did so when he says "redraw" pretty sure he means make it more detailed.
so basically murata is like 10/10 quality isn't enough. he saw street fighter art and was like its really detailed, mines fodder in comparison, i got make mine more detailed.

the context is nothing more than the size of the TSUNAMI, it's simple.
lifting a city sized area WOULDNT stop it, and tatsumaki COMPLETELY stopped it.
we just have to apply the logic.

Wait, since Garou's powers are based on his knowledge over the flow of energy/forces of the universe... would this mean a character with mind manip which can erase memories will counter all his hax?
Also, if Garou was a physicist: do you think he'll be able to reply part of God's powers by himself?

Tsunami rocks =/= twist feat.
Also, who says she stopped the whole tsunami? She literally couldn’t have without circling the planet or making a basin large enough to displace a hemisphere.

also, if she didnt stop the whole tsunami (THE AREA THAT WAS GOING TO REACH THE CONTINENT), others cities wouldve been damaged aswell, just like what happened when saitama killed evil natural water
