Do you guys know why TTM is Small City Level? I know Garou said post-superfight Genos is equal in strength to TTM but he only took some Machine Gun Blows and dodged his Incineration Cannons. Yet TTM is scaled to Genos's Jet Drive Arrow AP for some reason, shouldn't he be downgraded to Large Town Level?

Genos tanked his JDA and can harm those who can harm him. TTM is stated to be on par with Genos in AP.

Remember that feat he did in the comics that was like several trillion times the speed of light where he saved an entire population in I think .0001 microseconds or something like that? I think the panel said he wasn't going at the speed of light when he did so or something weird.
Honestly, you won't get an accurate powerscaling answer from an author unless they're somewhat have an idea of powerscaling as a whole.

IIRC they state him to do it at just under the speed of light, so Relativistic+. I think this is a case of death of the author

I'm sorry but how exactly is Genos Small City Level all around when his JDA is the one calced to be Small City Level and not his regular blows? Wouldn't it be more correct for Genos to be Large Town Level upto Small City Level with JDA?
Is not that I have a particular issue with TTM being Small City Level is just that the way the correlation is being done here is rather vague.

Yeah, he literally contradicts himself by saying "just under the speed of light", and then "he saved the entire population in .00001 microseconds" or something like that. On a larger scale, this is what it's like with the Arrowverse speedster profiles since this weird "we say he's this speed but make him do something much faster" thing is a lot more common there.

Flashy literally perception blitzed and killed them at the end of the fight, bisecting both of them so fast that they didn't process something happened until they had already been killed. He was casual the whole time and not nearly at full speed. PS was a bit faster than Flashy Flash, but they're on a similar level. PS perception blitz's them.

Ehhhhhh, PS is quite a bit faster than Flash. Remember, he and Garou sped up after Flash got taken out of the fight.

I interpreted that as PS simply getting faster, similarly to Garou's rapid growth, but that Garou's variation of it was simply better. Of course though, he might've just been holding back.

Well yeah, I said he was faster. But him being faster doesn't necessarily mean he's much faster. He definitely is when Garou and PS speed up though.Flashy Flash deadass admits PS was faster than him. He freaks out about it.

Well an important note is that Flashy is faster than the Ninja duo, but not massively faster. Since he mentioned that he needed to take both out at once, since one could get away.
