TBH, part of me is hoping Genos actually dies, as unlikely as it seems.

I do think that's a fun train of thought, but the chances of Genos being dead for very long are almost nonexistent. Mad Cyborg hasn't been mentioned in almost 100 chapters in the manga, and the arc hasn't even ended in the webcomic. Genos definitely isn't dying when his main character arc hasn't even ended. This is on top of how unwilling ONE is to kill off Heroes. If he was gonna have an important Hero dying at all, Genos certainly wouldn't be the first. But I could see him being dead for a while. He's coming back at the end of this arc or the next though, for sure.
It's not impossible that there'll be some kind of time reversal deus ex machina, either. Possibly one of the Blast group member's abilities. We're clearly delving into reality warping, even if only on a somewhat limited scale so far, and time altering shenanigans have at least been slightly mentioned and implied before with God related stuff. The S-Class as well as some B and A-Class are in the process of dying, Genos is currently dead, both humanity, and the Earth itself, are on the verge of destruction. So a time reversal thing could totally happen.

"constantly"? He was hit by 1 bullet in DBS because he was off-guard and thought all of the thugs were knocked out. And he was hit by a rock when he least expected it while trying to sleep. Dragon Ball characters rely on Ki to enhance themselves, and when they're not using it, they're fodder, this is explicitly confirmed in DBS.
I hope you're trolling by mentioning the Sorbet laser thing. This has been debunked for over half a decade now, mostly just trolls bring it up these days, it's not even worth discussion anymore. He was off-guard in base form. It was blatantly stated that Goku was only hit and injured by it specifically because he wasn't defending himself. That was the original purpose of Ultra Instinct and why Whis was training him for it, because Goku's biggest weakness is him being too reckless and carefree.
All you mentioned were 3 downplay troll arguments, all of which rely on a weakness Goku has that isn't relevant to this discussion. If you're arguing that Goku with no Ki loses in a race to Saitama, then sure, I'd agree with that. In reality, Dragon Ball characters have been FTL since the Saiyan Saga. I couldn't really care less about Goku's particular speed rating on the wiki, but him being very high into MFTL+ is objective currently. Whereas Saitama is MFTL at best.
