It's really funny to me that in Bleach and in Naruto, the characters are given moon levels+ per hit and the level of the solar system. They really do not consider indications of the speed of light as hyperbole, they really do not understand that sometimes logic surpasses the indication and naturalness of the beam. They really think that Naruto is faster than light because in the anime he dodged the beam. Although the manga is not so clear.

They really don't understand that it's easier to say that light rays are hyperbole and live comfortably at MHS+ speeds than to accept FTL speed and live with a huge number of plot holes associated with the fact that they have such a speed, but they don't feel like that fast paced.

And especially dumb is the way they scale the energies of the techniques to physical characteristics, thinking that their level fully scales to their physical strength. Also, Boros is stronger than Tatsumaki.

Okay? I’m just explaining why the databook wasn’t accepted for Flash in the past.

Still, while it may be unreasonable without further evidence, Flash already proved to be close to lightspeed or even FTL, the statement may not be baseless going by his showings and scaling

I found 2 translations with just a quick search, (I also included the raw if anyone cares to try translating it themselves)
One says "at the speed of light", the other says "at the speed of time" which I don't think means anything.

He is Relativistic+ while holding back his top speed, and at his top speed can fight FTL Garou and Platinum S. Although, it seems like they weren't going at their top speed while Flashy was a part of the fight, and even then he said they were faster than him.

Still, I think it could be within reason to give him a "Possibly Speed of Light" rating using the databook given how he has performed, as long as the "speed of light" translation is the correct one.

Databook has a statement, but the proper translation is basically "Flashy Flash is so fast he always arrives at the nick of time" and translating it to "Faster than light" was ignoring a Kanji that changes the meaning of a word.
