Saitama (who didn't have time to break the limiter) didn't feel the frightened Tatsumaki at all, as weakly as possible for him, he didn't even realize that it was an attack. He would never call it "strong" if he didn't even realize it was an attack.

Boros attacked him (Saitama had already broken the limiter). He said "You are strong". And he believed that this was a normal fight, estimating his strength. And in the end he said that this is his strongest enemy.

Boros is much stronger than Tatsumaki. Stop being angry about it.

We all know Saitama is going to beat GOD. Scaling is a way to make 3-A and above characters higher than baseline so this argument is kind of contradictory.

Why does Suiryu not have passive fear hax? He clearly used fear hax on Saitama to make him back away unintentionally. He should also scale above Boros for making Saitama put his serious face on and surviving.

Oh yeah it is, my bad then. But I have the feeling it's a bit poorly worded the "(Performed dozens of slashes in less than a fraction of a second)" right next to the Sub Rel speed makes it seem as if that feat is the Sub Rel one.
