Because they already do? It's on their profiles. Black Sperm can easily tag Atomic Samurai and Genos. Darkshine saved Iaian before Atomic Samurai could. Bang is considered to be fast by Atomic Samurai, and Bang himself can keep up with darkshine. Bang is comparable to Bomb. Nyan was also able to keep pace with Drive Knight in their fight.

That’s exactly what it means when it’s an beam attack using all of Boros’ energy that is only stated to cook the surface of the Earth if it hits.

Imagine the S-class except Tatsumaki grinding themselves to dust trying to kill an effectively immobile Boros.
By the point his reactions can catch up he will just be surrounded by a bloody mist with no way of telling what just happened.

I think Flashy Flash should be At most FTL instead of possibly. While he is slower, he isn't that much slower than PS and Garou and cand still keep tag of them at times.

True but Garou has actual feats that we’ve seen that puts him above the mountain one so we ignore it while Boros doesn’t have a feat that would put him above the CSRC that uses all of his energy.

They speed up dramatically after he was out of the battle though I’m betting he’s gonna get a far better feat in the upcoming chapter.
