Then we have a 54 trillion multiplier from Black Sperm and an unknown amp from Meteoric Burst which will also trigger fighting spirit which is 2.5 billion times multiplier. This alone puts him at somewhere laughably stronger than 1.35e67 Joules (3-B starts at 8.5e68). And we still have a massive amount of transformations, abilities, and martial arts to boost this guy even further.

boros was the strongest opponent that saitama has faced at that moment, and this is the only thing about it. Boros is not narratively implied to be stronger than tatsumaki, neither psykorochi. We only scale him above orochi because One called boros strong and orochi a little strong, not even a relevant argument.
