The gamma ray burst shares non of the qualities of an actual one aside from, like I said, the shape. It isn't as large, bright, nor hot. Everyone in the vicinity would go blind or just die being so close to an actual one.
The only reason I think it's even worth considering is because of God's new hax. He can copy power itself. Unlike just mimicking something, he can literally copy force, which is how he replicates Saitama's attacks. Based on that and the image of an actual gamma ray burst, the implication is that CF Garou is literally copying a gamma ray burst. But it's so much different from an actual one, it's hard to say whether it really posses even a comparable degree of power.
Either way, we should wait for translations before making any conclusions.

if Tats restrains Garou in such a weakened state that would mean Fuhrer Ugly would scale to Garou, so it's impossible that such thing happens.

That’s what I’m saying. The issue being brought up with the GRB is that if it were real it will be causing x side effects to the Earth and what not but the same can be said if it’s Garou creating a miniature 5-A GRB.

I was mentioning the issues that were brought up for GRB not being star level. Because it doesn’t kill everything and scorch the Earth and xyz like a real one would. I for one agree with it being Tier 4 and honestly 4-C Or 4-B.
