being a tatsumaki's fan, i'd rather manga over WC. I really hate the way they used to nerf tatsumaki on webcomic, she looks so weak and fragile there.... can't defend and attack at the same time and got directly weakned by a weakling like base psykos? like wtf?????????????

there's some points in wc that i honestly liked and i'm missing in the manga, like garou's S CLASS beatdown, tatsumaki x golden sperm, amai mask fighting, bang soloing 2 dragons....
but generaly speaking, i'd really rather manga over WC due tatsumaki's ridiculous nerf.
the way they used to keep tatsumaki out of garou's way in manga is WAY BETTER, they didnt just weaken her like if she's a COMPLETELY bullshit with lowguard, instead of that gave her the greatest and the most developed fight on this manga
but generaly speaking, i'd really rather manga over WC due tatsumaki's ridiculous nerf.

Tatsumaki was at a perfect place in the webcomic. Flipping the entire MA base displayed her power well and was one of the most impressive feats in the series at that point and her not being able to attack and defend at the same time gave Fubuki a believable advantage over her where as now Fubuki has nothing going for her when compared to Tatsumaki. The Tatsumaki and Psykos wank in the manga was a bad addition imo.

fubuki was never supposed to have ANY advantage over tatsumaki, not even the smallest advantage.
the manga just put in evidency the gap between their power.

Tatsumaki was never viewed as strong as she is now before her fight with Psykos in the manga. She wasn’t nerfed in the webcomic, she was wanked in the manga.

WDYM never supposed to have any advantage? If anything, it's the manga that's never supposed since that came after.
Fubuki used a technique specifically made to counter Psykos in particular. She's weaker than Psykos otherwise.
Fubuki tried the same thing to a weakened Tatsumaki and it did barely anything.

also, inside opm's history, she has been ALWAYS treated as a supreme weapon. Even if Murata and One decided to make her planetary it would still make sense oof

Nobody thought Tatsumaki was some god tier in the OPM compared to Boros, Garou or even Orochi before her fight with Psykos. Really strong compared to most S-Class sure but nobody every thought she would be on their level. And the webcomic definitely didn’t paint the picture she was comparable to Boros or Garou.

but also, this is a point that makes me rather the manga.
as i said, the manga puts in evidency the gap between Tatsumaki and the others, in webcomic it was just a guessing about her true power since she never was allowed to truly fight...

no, tatsumaki has been always underestimated by the fandom, a good example is that even with one's statement about her defeating GS in good therms, people kept saying that she was weaker than him until 132 fight.

Tatsumaki’s weakness if used in the manga could’ve been used to highlight a character flaw for her: cockiness but the manga decide to reinforce her cocky attitude.

That’s not underestimating, GS is one of the strongest monsters in the webcomic and caused Garou to awakened.
