Sure Zoro FRA...Zoro can one shot with many techniques and Garou can’t do anything against Zoro’s speed amp that he normally starts with, Zoro has much better analytical prediction… being able to fight and predict people that are FTE to him and keeping up via skills alone, Zoro’s information Analysis which will very effectively utilize ones weaknesses and know they’re techniques by just seeing it once or probably even before garou use it, stat amps that Garou can’t deal with since it one shots people that are relative to Zoro. Zoro is much More skilled being able to make techniques on the spot, able to fight people much faster than him, can use no sword style, created a technique by just remembering what his teacher told him which only the top of the top master swordsman can use and here are more skills feats from Zoro Link, can spam range slashes, much better endurance and willpower and much better stamina…

It doesn't matter if either Garou or Zoro wins. Thanks to a certain someone Zoro is going to get downgraded to 7-B, making this match an AP-stomp (will most likely not added).

Zoro scales to Kuma who is low 7-B scaling from Luffy/Moria so I doubt Dressrosa would affect anyone pre time skip. Also Grace still has a few hours to go.

wat? Isn't there a couple of calcs that are going to be accepted for the pre time skip around 7-C to High 7-C? Why would Low 7-B be an outlier? I think you're being a bit over dramatic.

If dressrosa's size gets downgraded (it's not an if anymore), then Alabasta is next. Let's say we assume Alabasta to be bigger or smaller than Dressrosa, certainly they will recalc the size to be on the safe side by using the currently accepted dressrosa size as a reference. Also, i hope you don't refer to the on-going revisions that are still unfinished for some unknown reasons? (Skypia revision will probably take more than weeks to get some progress) also let's not derail any further, i just told you what will likely happen
