You should probably upgrade his speed to Immeasurable, possibly irrelevant, or straight up irrelevant, since an aE is H1A iirc.

Due to weird verse cosmology, time still exist on all these levels so I don't think they fit the classification for irrelevant.

The verse seems to have higher temporal dimensions for each structure, so it could qualify for Immeasurable I guess

His Fear/Willpower/Empathetic passives should scale to the millions, as it affects the entirety of his massive armies and all enemy forces arrayed against him, and has even effected people who should be resistant and are empowered by a god spark (essentially the soul of a god), with the only people who have been resistant are those either protected by a higher level of deity (like God King Sigmar protecting Valten at 2-B ((or possibly 2-A to Low 1-C if the upgrade goes through))) His Reality warping hasn't shown a real limit to it's potency because well...he hasn't ever really been properly harmed after becoming Everchosen but it's significantly high enough to virtually entirely nullify the lethality of Sigmar's bloodlusted blows as an Incarnate. His corruption is unclear of proper combat effectiveness but in a matter of days him staying in Middenheim basically turned the city and it's surrounding landscape into an extension of the Chaos Wastes. Finally, his powernull is weird cause it's pretty potent but it also works in layers, so if you resist one kind, you have to get through the other forms of powernull, if you are weaker or less skilled than he is, you straight up can't cast any spells around him, if you target him with spells or powers, they are instantly nullified the moment they try to affect him, and if a magical weapon or item comes near him, it is stripped of all of it's effects and becomes a generic everyday weapon. He also has multiple forms of active powernull that he can couple with it, including aethyr manipulation, several different spells, and the Eye of Sheerian, which allows him to straight up remove a set of powers from you at will (even if they are vitally connected to you, something even master wizards can't do) Oh, and he also has a passive aura of disease that weakens and lowers the stats of enemies within range as well AND the Eye of Sheerian provides him with Passive Precog ala spider-sense.

You can remove both Beiloune and Princess Marlene from their 8-A spots now that they've been upgraded to Low 7-C.
