Zhong Yue is not High 6-C anymore.

Xue Ying is not Low 4-C anymore.

Also does Leviathan from High 6-A 5th possition have smurf? ...also why is the profile so annoying to see which are the power and which are the resistances

Man...that file is old. I need to format it better when I start editing again next week (This was before we started tabbering P&A sections and just had brackets to separate keys). But she's no smurf, although she starts with Information Manipulation + Absorption via roaring. And he last key does have Low-Godly, Precog and Time hax.
 
Does the resistance include Mind hax? It also sounds like she'd be much higher than 4th High 6-C by then anyway.
 
None. But to kill him one needs some really good hax, smurf or low-2 C AP as he has 2 true bodies, one fightning outide and one being in the hidden space of the Xia World where the laws themselves dwelves. Only Powerful Existence in the verse can reach that hidden space - they are being with 5-D hax.

then how did slime characters beat him ? they are 3 to 4D iirc
 
They never fought...Xue Ying just got High 4-C after the forum migration. He was Low 4-C prior to his upgrade to High 4-C. He didn't have any fight yet, as I await more CRTs to be made and finished for verse, and after that maybe start to make matches.
 
I looked over the Low 2-Cs and shouldn't the 4th Low 2-C be considered Varies, not Low 2-C?

Since she is rasing up her existence or whatever?
 
So? That seems fine. I can’t get into any specifics but if low-2c is a common or notable tier for her, even if it can vary. It should be fine.
 
I think Digimon should take 4th High 6-C until Herah gets her High 1-A buffs in which she should stomp the higher levels. Although a Digimon vs Mukuro may be something that is needing to happen.
